Returns and Refunds

Once the reversal has been verified and the indicated requirements have been met, the participants of the payment process have a term of fifteen (15) business days to make the reversal effective.
In case of that the reversal of payment is made by the issuer of the payment instrument and VEREZZA - VEREZZA has also made the direct return of the price paid, the buyer should return the resources directly to VEREZZA - VEREZZA.
In any case, it should be noted that the purchase information will be reloaded again and definitively, when an administrative or jurisdictional authority decides that the reversion was improper, which may happen when it is proven that the alleged cause was not present.

WARRANTY: It is the obligation that VEREZZA - VEREZZA has with the buyers to guarantee the quality, suitability, safety, good condition and operation of the products sold through the website verezzastore.com.
The term of validity of the warranty of the items purchased through our website, for defects in quality, suitability and safety - unless the portal specifically states otherwise in relation to a product - is thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery. The customer should send the package via the chosen courier with payment on delivery. VEREZZA – VEREZZA is not responsible for departure or loss of packages. The availability period for spare parts, components, supplies, and trained labor in case of repair requests will be 30 days from the purchase date. Costs associated with repairs not covered by the warranty will be borne by the customer. After 90 days, we may, but are not obligated to, attempt repairs, including providing replacements for some parts such as missing buttons, zippers, snaps, or drawstrings, to the extent that these items or repair services are available and will be subject to case-by-case analysis by the responsible department. However, we will not provide a replacement, product substitution, or refund after 90 days.
Terms and Conditions

Therefore, if you are not available to receive your order on the day it arrives, the courier will be authorized to leave it at the reception or with someone present at the specified address. International Orders (outside of Colombia): Products will be shipped through DHL, an external logistics operator contracted by VEREZZA – VEREZZA.
The logistics operator is responsible for the safe delivery of products within the agreed timeframe. Our delivery time is 3 to 20 business days, starting from the day after the order is placed. This may vary due to customs or local authority delays. These times do not apply during promotions or special industry events such as Cyber Monday, Cyber Days, Hot Sale, Black Friday, CyberSanta, or Big Sale. For these dates, delivery times will be extended and announced on the website during active promotions. You will also be able to see the estimated time during the checkout process after entering the delivery address; in any case, this period will not exceed thirty (30) calendar days from the date the order was placed.
In accordance with legal regulations, if the delivery cannot be made within thirty (30) calendar days, you may request the cancellation of the transaction and a refund of the amount paid.
